GENERAL QUESTIONS

  • Tp place an order, you can contact us via website, email, or phone. We’ll discuss your needs, preferences, and any dietary restrictions. After that, we’ll create a tailored plan for you.

  • We ask that all orders be in by Friday at 12pm for delivery on Sunday. We highly suggest getting your order in earlier in the week as our most popular dishes may sell out before Friday morning!

  • Yes! If you’d like a custom menu, we can accommodate that for an additional fee. Just let us know your preferences, and we’ll work with you to design a menu that suits your tastes.

  • Item descriptioYes! We provide reusable coolers & ice packs for an additional $10. We transport our meals cold, and ask that if you will not be home, you leave the cooler in visible sight for our driver to leave the meals, or instructions if the meals are to be left at the front desk of an apartment or condo building.n

WEEKLY MEAL PREP

  • We will schedule a convenient time to come to your home, prepare your meals for the week, and leave them ready for you to enjoy. All meals are made fresh and stored in labeled containers.

  • Our meal prep delivery includes freshly prepared meals delivered to your door, packaged and labeled for easy reheating.

    Our driver's safety and efficiency is the most important thing when they are on the road delivering your meals. If you have specific instructions, or changes to your delivery, you must communicate these in advance with your order. Requests either through text or phone call directly to our drivers will not be accepted.

  • If you missed your delivery or entered the wrong address, email, or phone number your order will be brought back to our kitchen, and you are welcome to pick it up at our facility. If you will need a redelivery, there will be a $25 re delivery charge.

  • All of our deliveries are tracked within our ordering system. Should you have any issues with your order we must be notified within 24 hours of any issues. We have time stamps of deliveries as well as proof of delivery with photos.

IN-HOME COOKING & BAKING LESSONS

  • Our cooking & baking lessons include hands-on instruction, recipe guidance, and tips to enhance your cooking skills. We can tailor the lesson to your culinary interests.

CATERING SERVIVES

  • We cater small private events, including dinners, parties, and holiday gatherings. Our services can be customized to fit your event needs.

  • Yes, we offer holiday catering options, including sides packages and complete meals for your celebrations.

DESERT OPTIONS

  • We offer a variety of dessert options, including cakes, pastries, and seasonal treats. Ask us for our dessert menu!

POLICIES

  • Due to the nature of our service, no refunds can be administered once your meal order has been submitted. Credits are given on a case by case basis.

  • We recommend placing your order at least one week in advance, especially for catering services, to ensure we can accommodate your needs.
